Do You Accept Insurance?
I am a private-pay practice and am not currently accepting new insurance-based clients. If your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Do You Offer In-Person and Telehealth Sessions?
Yes. I offer in-person therapy in St. Petersburg and telehealth throughout Florida.
How Often Will We Meet?
Most clients begin with weekly sessions. As therapy progresses, we can adjust the frequency based on your needs, goals, and progress.
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments are subject to the full session fee. True emergencies are addressed individually.
How Does Payment Work?
Payment is due at the time of service. A secure payment method is kept on file for your sessions.

That’s what the complimentary 15–20 minute consultation is for. It gives us a chance to talk briefly about what’s bringing you to therapy, answer any questions you have, and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
