DUI Treatment Services
Solutions4Life provides structured DUI treatment for clients referred following their DUI evaluation. Treatment recommendations are individualized and may include group counseling, individual sessions, monthly reviews, and random drug and alcohol testing.
Group & Individual Counseling
Treatment may include group counseling, individual counseling, or a combination of both based on your program requirements. After an in-person intake, group and individual counseling are available either in person or online. Drug and alcohol testing is conducted in our office.
Substance Use Evaluations
Solutions4Life provides comprehensive substance use evaluations for individuals referred by probation, attorneys, or other professionals, as well as those seeking an evaluation on their own. Recommendations are based on the evaluation findings, and you are free to choose where you complete any recommended services.
What to Expect
01Â Schedule Your Intake
Before scheduling your intake, notify your referring agency that you have chosen Solutions4Life and sign a Release of Information with them so they can send us your referral paperwork. Once we receive your referral, you may call our office to schedule your in-person intake. You’ll then receive an email with the information you need to get started.
02Â Complete Your Intake
Your intake is completed in person and gives us an opportunity to review your referral, discuss your individual circumstances, explain program expectations, and determine the treatment requirements for your program.
03Â Begin Your Program
Once your treatment requirements are established, you’ll begin your individualized program. Depending on your requirements, this may include group counseling, individual counseling, monthly reviews, and random drug or alcohol testing. We’ll review your progress throughout the program and guide you through the requirements for successful completion.

Intake — $90
Substance Use Evaluation — $150
Group Counseling — $35 per group
30-Minute Review — $35
50-Minute Individual / Review — $60
Exit Interview — $60
Drug & Alcohol Testing — $35
Alcohol-Only Testing — $55
Expanded / Confirmatory Testing — $55

Payment is due at the time of service. Additional fees may apply for missed appointments or late cancellations.
